Swift Build Coventry Ltd helps homeowners and commercial clients across Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire extend, renovate and structurally improve their properties. We take on projects from £5,000 upwards: from a single load-bearing wall to a major extension of a detached period home.
The company is led by director and project manager Cameron Swift, with an in-house carpenter and two experienced labourers. Around them is a trusted network of architects, designers, a quantity surveyor, and registered plumbers, gas engineers, electricians and plasterers.
That team means we can handle everything: plans through our partner architects, planning applications on your behalf, or pricing directly from drawings you already have. We also take over projects left unfinished by other builders and put them right.

Costed before we start
Our own quantity surveyor builds a proper cost plan, so your budget is realistic; not a rough guess that grows halfway through.
Everything in writing
You get a contract, a programme of works, a payment schedule and our insurance documents before work begins.
Tidy, dust-controlled sites
Stud walls, taped doors and daily clean-ups. Customers mention it in review after review.
One point of contact
Cameron manages your project personally and keeps you updated, from first visit to building control sign-off.
Registered specialist trades
Electrical and gas work is carried out by registered partners (NICEIC/NAPIT and Gas Safe), coordinated by us.
